Here we aim to support the work of our operational divisions by offering high quality management information to allow effective decision making. For example, we recently installed an innovative job costing system for the construction division. This was introduced along with a greater emphasis on management information and forecasting and taken forward using a public/private partnership.
As well as this, we also look after budgeting and monitoring for the organisation and have responsibility for the administrative support, central services function (including the sign shop) and procurement.
