Are you an experienced Estimator or Quantity Surveyor looking for a permanent position with excellent benefits?

Estimator/Quantity Surveyor: £31.408.77 - £33,858.96 per annum (£16.28 - £17.55 per hour). *salary placing is dependant on skills and experience. Job Description

Tayside Contracts are seeking to employ an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor within the Estimating Services Section at Contracts House, 1 Soutar Street, Dundee to provide a comprehensive tendering service to the Construction Division. In this role you will apply your specialist knowledge and understating to estimating, quantity surveying and performance monitoring functions. You will assist in the maintenance and operation of effective, efficient estimating and tendering systems which satisfy the requirements of Tayside Contracts and all Tayside Contracts' Clients.

Job Specific Information

You will have an HND in Civil Engineering, or an equivalent construction based subject. A Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent construction based subject with membership of a relevant professional body is desirable, but not essential. A current driving licence, Category B, is essential, and you will be required to use your own vehicle for business travel (appropriate business insurance is required).
