Over the next few months we will publish statistics on:

  • Job Applicants
  • Applicants Shortlisted
  • Applicants Appointed
  • Employees applying for Promotion
  • Employees Shortlisted
  • Employees Appointed
  • Employees in Post
  • Employees who have submitted a Grievance
  • Employees Disciplined
  • Leavers
  • Employees Trained
  • Satisfactory Performance Appraisal
  • Unsatisfactory Performance Appraisal

We will identify the total numbers in each of those categories by race, disability and gender. At no point will we identify any specific individual.

The statistics allow us to identify any patterns or trends which suggest inequalities exist between for example job applicants. It also allows us to monitor the effect of our policies and practices such as disciplinary and grievance on disabled people. If there are any notable differences we can investigate and if possible make changes to remove any disadvantage.
