In addition to contributing at a strategic level to Tayside Contracts business objectives, the Personnel Unit provides services to both managers and employees.
The IT Unit has responsibility for the strategic planning, coordination and implementation of Information Technology projects and Telecoms.
Quality has responsibility for all aspects concerning the planning, coordination and implementation of all management systems.
