HR Unit

In addition to contributing at a strategic level to Tayside Contracts’ business objectives, the HR Unit provides services to both managers and employees. These services include support, guidance and advice on all HR matters; training and development; health and safety, job evaluation and payroll.

Tayside Contracts takes health and safety matters extremely seriously. The Safety section ensures that we adhere to health and safety legislation as well as our own safety policy. We work on an ongoing basis to raise the profile of health and safety within the organisation and take a proactive approach to reducing accidents and work related ill health.

We believe in investing in the training and development of our people and have achieved corporate IIP accreditation. We are also an accredited centre for the provision of a number of SVQ’s and can provide assessor and internal verifier training.
